FIT CAMPS

Top RECOMMENDED FOR ALL AGES & ALL INDIVIDUALS NEXT LEVEL FITNESS "FIT" CAMPS

Our “Fit” Camps combine cardiovascular exercises, calisthenics, body weight exercises, and cross training techniques to improve health and physical fitness. Fit camps are recommended for all ages and all individuals whether you haven't worked out in years, or are a seasoned athlete. Workouts are designed so each individual does what he/she can do within a specific time period. Periodic assessments are completed to track results and devise a plan for the next month. Over time, you'll be pleased at the progression of your physical fitness level. Boot Camps are offered at University of South Florida recreation fields near Flower across from MOSI.

Speed Training

Based proven training principals and years of experience, our speed and agility program is guaranteed to make you faster, more explosive and flexible, and an overall better athlete.

Agility & Speed Classes

Designed to increase an athlete's total performance on the field, court, or diamond. We use state of the art methods to increase acceleration, deceleration, & change of direction in 360 degrees of movement

Performance Lifting

Designed person 13 years old or older to maximize results - explosive training in the weight room means explosive play on the field. we customize strength workouts for each athlete.
