Weight Management Training

Individual one-on-one training sessions last one hour in duration. These instructional sessions are available for the client who seeks weight management assistants.  At Next Level Fitness we understand that the amount of physical activity you need to control your weight depends on the type of exercise you choose and its intensity. The higher the intensity, the more calories you burn. Staying in your target heart-rate range during exercise may help you burn more calories and contribute to weight-loss efforts. For weight loss, the American College of Sports Medicine recommends 60 minutes or more of aerobic exercise five days a week. Exercise alone will not help you reach you health and fitness goals. Good nutrition is vital to the success of any weight or fitness program. Free Nutrition counseling is included with all purchases of packages of 3 or more weeks. Nutrition counseling is great for children and adults who want to learn healthy eating habits. Maybe you need to prepare for a sporting event, maybe you want to gain or lose a few pounds, or have a medical condition and need to learn healthier eating habits. Only a few lifestyle choices have as large an impact on your health as physical activity. People who are physically active for about 7 hours a week have a 40 percent lower risk of dying early than those who are active for less than 30 minutes a week according to the Center for Disease and Control and prevention. Diabetes Type I and II, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol are related conditions to poor nutritional and physical health. We know that losing weight and staying healthy can be a struggle, especially for those who always seem to regain the pounds they’ve lost. Our Personal Trainers will create an overall assessment that will help you get in shape and stay that way.  Our Weight Management Training program includes both healthy eating and a realistic workout routine scheduled around your hectic schedule.
