COMBINE TRAINING

Athletes are evaluated on skill and overall athleticism.  Skill is measured by film and athleticism is measured by combine tests.  Next Level Fitness coaches are highly experienced and qualified to prepare you for your next combine, they have participated in and/or coached athletes for the NFL/MLB Combine and Workouts.  Our Combine Training will teach techniques for success on the following tests:

  • 40/60 yard dash
  • Pro shuttle
  • Standing broad jump
  • Kneeling power ball toss
  • Vertical jump

Benefits:

After training with us, athletes will:

  • Run faster (avg. of .2 off of the 40/60/100(m) yd dash)
  • Move quicker (avg. of .2 off of the short shuttle and the 3-cone drill)
  • Reduce the potential for injury
  • Increase overall body strength
